I’d simply add a rider that letters from the Grimsby office still have the Wolverhampton address and phone number on them (I had three recently) — “phone me on (the Wolverhampton number)” gets you nowhere until some bright spark realises that you want to talk about Annual Accounting for VAT and tells you to ring Grimsby!
