New rules from tomorrow

15 December 2007 new Money Laundering Regulations come into force, not the best timing for us accountants, but hey, when did you last see this government care about anyone else?

My posting is not one to bash our government, no matter how tempting that may seem, it’s one to inform, those accountants who are not part of a professional body that is recognised under the new regulations will be monitored by HMRC, a bit close for comfort IMO.
