According to the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform ‘BERR’ cuts to red tape are saving UK businesses over £800 million per year, oh great

All I can say, those that staff the BERR (who ever came up with that name, must have been down the pub!) and the government you really need to get out and about, you are not saving business any money at all, all your tinkering and adding new legislation it is probably fair to say you are costing business £800 million extra per year.
