Companies Act 2006 - update

We have today updated our website for our latest Client Briefing, number 6, with all the latest on the implementation of the new Companies Act 2006.

The original target date for the act to be in full force was originally October 2008, but we have now seen this extended by the current Government to October 2009.

Our guides are designed to be an easy read and we would therefore urge anyone who runs a Limited Company to read them as the new Act does affect you!
