Although many thousands of tax payers are still waiting for their self assessment tax calculation to come through from HM Revenue & Customs this is no reason to not pay your taxes.
A warning has come from the taxman, even though you sent your self assessment tax return in before the end of September 2007 with the request the Revenue make the calculations for you, and they have not yet sent you this calculation, this is no reason to not pay your tax on time.
Most of you should bye now have received a payment reminder with the tax payable on it, just no calculation so you know how the tax is calculated.
