New filing deadlines for Limited Company Accounts

We all know that Limited company accounts have to be filed within 10 months of the accounting reference date ‘ARD’ but how many know that if your financial year started on or after 6 April 2008 this deadline is now only 9 months?

Yes that right, the deadline has now been reduced from 10 to 9 months, so make sure you stay on top of your bookkeeping to allow your accountant time to get your accounts done!

Remember, the fines for late accounts have also now gone up!
